
Craig Leshen founded Outsourced Ad Ops in October 2003, with one goal in mind: "build a hands on ad operations company which delivers such a high level of service, that our clients feel like we're right down the hall." After a few months of operation, Outsourced Ad Ops moved into their first New York office, and has since expanded to a global business, with offices across the United States, servicing clients around the world.
Craig began working in online ad operations in 1996 at Hachette Filipacchi New Media, managing advertising campaigns for their websites and America Online properties, such as Car and Driver, Road and Track, Woman’s Day, Premiere, and Elle Magazine. In 1999, he helped start up the Ad Operations division at Phase2Media. As the Director of Online Ad Operations for their direct advertising business, he was responsible for managing relationships with both their clients and agencies, along with ad campaigns on the company's wide network of branded and direct marketing websites.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Boston University.

Michael Alania joined Outsourced Ad Ops in June 2005 and has been the Vice President of Ad Operations since 2006. He has helped grow the company from a four person start up to a highly regarded national brand with offices in four markets across the United States.
Michael began his career in interactive advertising in January 1996 as online production supervisor at Venture Communications. In October 1996, he joined Modem Media where he spent time in both media operations and web site production. After leaving Modem Media in February 1999, Michael was hired as the manager of creative and production services at Dejanews.com, where he worked until December 2000. From December 2000 until June 2001, Michael served as Director of Ad Operations at Phase2Media, a sales and marketing firm that represented a network of more than 100 websites. In January 2002, Michael was accepted into the full-time MBA program at Baruch College and completed his graduate degree in May 2004. During most of this period, he also worked as an ad operations consultant with Institutional Investor. In April 2004, Michael left interactive advertising and joined Torsiello Securities Inc., a boutique investment banking and financial advisory services company, where he worked as an analyst until June 2005.
Michael holds a B.S. in Marketing from Syracuse University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from CUNY Baruch College.

Jennifer Hill joined Outsourced Ad Ops in January 2007 as the West Coast Director and currently oversees the San Francisco and Denver offices. She has over 10 years of experience working in advertising operations on the network and publisher side.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Pooja Kapoor joined Outsourced Ad Ops in 2008 as the Director of Ad Operations in Chicago. An East Coast native, she moved to Chicago to join Tribune Interactive's Advertising Operations team, and went on to lead the group within a year. She moved back to New York City in 2009, and currently oversees Outsourced Ad Ops' New York and Chicago offices.
Pooja received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, concentrating in Multimedia/Web Development and Network Administration, with a minor in Philosophy.
